• Ownership of projects, from solutioning to deployment.

What we'd love to see in your work history

Core Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience
  • 4+ years of experience building data-intensive backend services
• Proficient with Python, Ruby and/or one of the general purpose programming languages
• Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases
• Solid experience with Object Oriented architecture and Design
• Experience with testing frameworks
• Experience working at startups or agile teams with diverse responsibilities

Preference will be given to candidates with the following

• Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions with familiarity Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector embeddings
• Familiarity with Machine Learning lifecycle
• Experience building SaaS applications

Location: Work remote, or hybrid from our laid-back office (located in Toronto's Junction Triangle on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 CAD per year
