Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Design solutions for cybersecurity products, including WAF, LoadBalance, firewall, etc.
Design integrated solutions using diverse cybersecurity products to combat a range of threats, including DDoS attacks, automated threats, sensitive attacks, web attacks, and more.
Research the latest developments in cybersecurity, conduct competitive analyses, and continuously incorporate new technologies, methodologies, and features into our product designs.
Produce Product Requirement Documents, write articles, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Skills Required:

Strong background in cybersecurity (e.g., WAF, API Security, Bot Management, Load Balancing, and Firewall technologies).
Understanding of web application vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10.
Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and network protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP.
Proficiency in scripting languages, with the capability to conduct data analysis, attack analysis, and security testing.
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Big Data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with common web authentication protocols, like NTLM, HTTP Basic, Radius, LDAP, OAuth, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Highly motivated, responsible, and a quick learner.

Salary and Benefits:

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $80,000 - $110,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
