This site-based position requires a strong background in construction with at least 8 years of supervisory experience, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role.
• Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policy and ensure projects adhere to design, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare weekly production schedules and manage temporary worker hiring decisions.
• Attend trade meetings and maintain client and architect liaison.
