Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience supporting Linux in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Bash and Python/Go/Ruby.
  • Advanced skills using configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.
  • Hands-on expertise in observability tools and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud experience in GCP or AWS.
  • Good problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Development & Data Infrastructure teams.
  • Working with Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership teams.
  • Optimizing infrastructure operational tools and processes.
  • Improving system reliability through disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Keeping the infrastructure updated with latest technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who can help build and automate our ever-growing and evolving infrastructure. Join a high performing team working with the latest and greatest technologies to come up with innovative ways to take our SaaS platform to the next level.

What you`ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with Development & Data Infrastructure teams and enabling them to release code quickly and securely in production.
  • Working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership teams to identify issues, identify risks, and manage changes.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to optimize infrastructure operational tools and processes and to automate as much as possible
  • Improving system reliability through disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance initiatives.
  • Helping keep the infrastructure up-to-date with the latest technology, equipment, and systems.
  • Participating in the on-call team rotation.

What we`re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience supporting Linux in an enterprise environment paired with proficiency in programming languages such as Bash and Python/Go/Ruby.
  • Advanced skills using software configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, or Ansible)
  • Demonstrated success working with Infrastructure as Code tools - Terraform preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise utilizing observability and monitoring tools and container orchestration technologies frameworks - New Relic and Kubernetes preferred.
  • Cloud experience working in GCP or AWS.
  • Good problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
