Job summary

Amico, a Canadian construction company in Mississauga, is seeking a Civil/Construction professional to support infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and help ensure safety and schedule adherence.

You will assist with scheduling, inspections, and reporting for client submissions, while maintaining daily journals and site records.

Qualifications

Requires post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.

Responsibilities

Ensure projects run on time and to high standards.
Lead and organize on-site construction activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Assist in scheduling, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Maintain daily journals/site records and monitor tools/equipment for cost control.
Prepare and submit documentation to clients and review deficiencies with subcontractors.
