Senior Site Manager

An award-winning house builder is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Site Manager to join their team. Do you have a passion for quality? This could be an opportunity to join a respected house builder with prospects for progression.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new site from setup and take the lead on a 300-unit timber frame development, comprising houses and apartments.

You will manage the day-to-day operations and lead the team to meet targets set by the visiting Contracts Manager and Construction Director.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

• Ensuring compliance on site at all times with H&S standards, processes, and NHBC standards
• Managing daily operations of the development and providing clear direction to on-site staff
• Coordinating labour and resources to deliver the build programme
• Ensuring all plots are built to the highest quality standards
• Conducting new home tours with the sales advisor
• Ensuring the on-site team is fully resourced and well directed
• Maintaining accurate site records

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• Proven track record with NHBC standards
• Computer literacy
• Experience as a Senior Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder
• Timber frame experience (desirable)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
