Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Siebel Development Skills – 40%:

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring/developing.
Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external application).

Public Sector Experience – 5%:

Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
