As a Solution Consultant you are going to propose solutions based on ServiceNow platform for a DXC Technology customers.

Because of a partnership between DXC and ServiceNow you will have limitless opportunities to obtain professional trainings and certifications. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.

Responsibilities :

• cooperation with Architect and Technical consultants to prepare technical design
• configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
• administration of our customers ServiceNow instances
• preparation of projects documentation
• taking part in trainings
• sharing experience with new team members

Mandatory Skills Description :

• Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (at least 5 years)
• Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product : ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD
• Very good knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
• Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Working experience in Agile Project environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Fast learning

Nice-to-Have Skills Description :

• ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate
