Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Service Repair Technician:
As a Senior Service Repair Technician, you will operate on-site at customer locations and provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees. You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.

  • Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair
  • Ensure the service team completes the activity log daily
  • Monitor and track monthly sales for the service and repair department and report statistics to management
  • Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment
  • Conducts in-house or on-site DOP testing

Education & Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG, or forklift operations preferred
  • 3 years required; 5 years preferred service and repair experience
  • 3 years required; 5 years preferred customer service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
