A Day in The Life of a Senior Service Repair Technician

As a Senior Service Repair Technician, you will operate on site at customer locations and provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees. You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.

  1. Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair
  2. Ensure service team completes activity log daily
  3. Monitor and track monthly sales for service and repair department and report statistics to management
  4. Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment
  5. Conduct in-house or on-site DOP testing

Education & Experience

  1. High school degree or equivalent required
  2. Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred
  3. 3 years required; 5 years preferred service and repair experience
  4. 3 years required; 5 years preferred customer service experience

Skills & Requirements

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  2. Strong verbal and written skills
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  4. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
