Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. in Canada is seeking an SEO Manager to own a scalable, multi-brand SEO program across 600+ practices, driving visibility and patient growth.

You’ll design systems, playbooks, and automation to run at network scale, covering local packs, organic results, and AI‑generated answers.

This hybrid, hands‑on role requires strategic leadership and practical AI/automation work across marketing, web/dev, and external partners to deliver measurable impact across the network.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience, in enterprise, multi-location or multi-brand environments.
• Deep knowledge of local search and Google Business Profile.
• Working point of view on AI Search Optimization (AIO / GEO).
• Hands-on with AI and automation, with experience building workflow automations.
• Strong AI fluency and hands-on automation skills.
• Strong technical SEO foundation across large site portfolios.
• Good UX/CRO sense and web fluency.
• Analytics-focused with measurement frameworks (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Excellent communicator influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the scalable network SEO roadmap across 600+ sites.
• Lead AI Search Optimization for AI-driven experiences and GEO best practices.
• Build systems, automation, and AI-powered workflows to scale audits, reporting, and listings management.
• Lead hyper-local SEO including Google Business Profile at scale and local citations.
• Manage stakeholders and drive execution across marketing, web/dev, operations and partners.
• Turn data into decisions with large performance datasets and network-wide reports.
• Drive growth in local, organic, and AI search visibility for priority terms.
