Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is a leading security integrator providing top-tier services and products to clients. This role involves customer support, system operation instruction, and hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IP video, intrusion, and access control systems.

Candidates should have 5+ years in low voltage tech, relevant licenses, and strong training abilities. On-site work with travel and on-call availability expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technician role in low voltage/electrical fields.
• High School Diploma or vocational training.
• Low voltage security license and video management certification (Milestone preferred) and Lenel S2 access control certification.
• CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certification, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Instructs customers on system operation and functionality.
• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring, IP video and intrusion systems.
• Leads field installations and mentors a team of technicians.
• Maintains documentation and safety compliance.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call as required.
