Senior Security System Technician

Vipond Inc. is a leading security systems integrator based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Technician. The ideal candidate should be able to run installation projects. In this role, the technician will be responsible for installing and servicing electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control systems, intercom, and intrusion detection.

We are looking for :

• Experience with Alarm Systems (DSC, Honeywell, etc.), CCTV (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, etc.), Access Control (Lenel, Software House, Genetec - Synergis, Avigilon, RBH), Intercom (Harding, Aiphone), and Audio systems (TOA).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electronic security systems and networks.
• Experience with PLC (OMRON) and network switches (Cisco / HP) is an asset.
• Provide professional training to customers for proper system usage.
• Maintain high safety and professionalism standards.
• Complete detailed and accurate paperwork.

Required license or certification :

• Driver License with a clear driving record.
• Clean Criminal Record.

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule :

• 8-hour shift, overtime may be required.

Experience :

• Security Technician: 5 years preferred.
