Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Security Manager to lead the security operations in Canada. This position is based in Toronto, Canada, with relocation options and a minimum three-year commitment.

As a Senior Security Manager, you will be responsible for the management, planning, and implementation of all corporate security systems, with a strong emphasis on executive protection within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and strategies.
  • Managing the local and global security teams.
  • Conducting risk assessments and creating action plans for mitigation.
  • Providing personal close protection for executives while maintaining a high level of security and discretion.
  • Working closely with business and legal departments within the organization.
  • Writing and presenting professional reports and documents to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior security management role, preferably in the private sector or in executive protection.
  • Strong business orientation.
  • Extensive corporate experience (as supplier or buyer).
  • Native-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent document writing skills - a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with the corporate world and working in an international environment - advantage.
  • Proficiency in Spanish - advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
