About the role

What you’ll do here:

  • Analyze audit findings in identity and access management (IAM) and privileged account management (PAM).

  • Actively participate in audit remediation efforts to ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and industry requirements.

  • Design, configure and implement technical solutions in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including:

    • Setting up access review campaigns

    • Developing access rules and policies

    • Managing identity lifecycle

  • Administer and optimize CyberArk for privileged account management:

    • Vault governance

    • Password management and rotation

    • Strengthening of privileged access

  • Document the technical solutions implemented, the remediation processes and the operational controls.

  • Collaborate with the security, audit and governance teams to effectively address the identified discrepancies.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the remediation work to stakeholders.

  • Help prepare compliance audits and support the presentation of technical deliverables.

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in computer science, cybersecurity or in a relevant field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) and in audit remediation.

  • Excellent command of the SailPoint IdentityIQ tool:

    • Knowledge of BeanShell, Java, XML development, an asset

    • Customization of certification rules and access review

    • Development of access management workflows

  • Strong experience with CyberArk:

    • Administration of the solution

    • Management of vaults, privileged accounts, and security strategies

  • Good understanding of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze risks related to access security and audit controls.

  • Excellent ability to solve complex technical problems.

  • Discipline, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
