What You'll Do:

1. Build first-in-class business systems to support our Retail Media Platform, designed to handle billions of ad requests daily with low latency and high reliability.
2. Tackle complex challenges in data modeling, performance tuning, and modernizing legacy code to meet evolving ad tech demands.
3. Design, develop, ship, and maintain backend systems to support advertising needs of our clients.
4. Understand product and customer priorities, balancing them with operational and technical needs.
5. Practice quality-first development: code reviews, unit, integration, and end-to-end testing in a CI environment.
6. Work with over 400 million SKUs, deciding which products ads to serve in less than 10ms.
7. Collaborate with Product teams and stakeholders to design customer-centric, reliable, and high-quality products.

Who You Are:

1. BS in Software Engineering or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in programming, preferably in C#.
2. Experience with NoSQL distributed databases like ScyllaDB or Cassandra is a plus.
3. Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and optimization.
4. Committed to quality development with automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
5. Passionate about delivering high-performance, reliable, and efficient code.
6. Ownership mindset and proactive in driving initiatives.
7. Enjoy solving complex problems and bringing creative solutions to life.
