What you'll do here:
As a Scrum Master, you play a crucial role in facilitating, shaping and reshaping the Agile process to keep the teams engaged and performant.
Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
Guide the team and organization on how to use the best Agile practices and shape the process to serve the team.
Form and chaperon teams to the next level of performance and maturity.
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by connecting them with the right people in the right places.
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Lead by example.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
Be part of the communities of practice for Scrum Masters.
Work closely and manage follow ups with various collaborators: Developers, Data Scientists, Data governance, Security, Product Owners and Architecture.
What you bring to the table:
Recognized Scrum Master Certification.
At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and 8 years experience in agile product development.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context.
At ease with Atlassian suite tools, such as Jira, Confluence.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Machine learning concepts are an asset.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Important Note:
The candidate will need to overlap 1-2 hours per week with Hong Kong time zone. Work schedule will be between 9pm to 11pm.
