Job summary

SGS is seeking a senior analyst responsible for developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods for biopharmaceutical testing. You will lead complex projects, provide guidance to analysts, and engage with clients to ensure timely delivery in a GMP laboratory environment.

You will execute experiments per SOPs, write technical data and proposals, and assist in investigations while balancing high workloads and quality results. Shift work and extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• MSc in a relevant field with 5 years of lab experience.
• Lead projects from method development to validation and transfer.
• Experience in GMP lab environment.
• Experience with cell culture, ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR and ddPCR.

Responsibilities

• Lead method development, validation and transfer of analytical methods.
• Provide guidance to analysts and oversee project execution.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and manage small to mid-sized projects.
• Execute experiments, follow SOPs and CGMP guidelines; document data and proposals.
• Assist in investigations and suggest corrective actions.
