COREALIS Pharma Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead analytical development and support GMP laboratory operations. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality, compliant analytical results that support drug product development.

The role involves developing and validating analytical methods, planning activities, and mentoring analysts to ensure GMP-compliant data and timely project progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical development in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, method validation, and stability programs.
• Experience with chromatography systems and laboratory software (CDS, LIMS, ELN).
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Development and validation of analytical methods for drug products.
• Plan and execute analytical activities aligned with project timelines.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Manage GMP stability studies and investigate OOS/OOT results.
• Oversee daily lab activities and documentation; ensure GMP, safety, and data integrity.
• Support analytical equipment, CDS, and stability systems (SLIM, ELN, LIMS).
• Train and mentor analysts and technicians.
