Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Vancouver seeks a Lead Scheduler to command planning, scheduling, and schedule assurance for a $1B+ capital program, coordinating with PMs, engineers, and contractors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise with CPM, schedule risk analysis, contractor scheduling, and integrated project controls.
• PMP, PSP (AACE), PMI-SP or similar certification; experience with schedule risk and claims analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and schedule governance for a large capital infrastructure program (>$200M).
• Develop and maintain the IMS and WBS/CBS alignment with MV framework.
• Perform CPM analysis, risk assessment, and forecasting for program milestones.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, CP integrity, and resource planning.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure consistent standards.
