Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be within commuting distance of Calgary, Canada or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship.
• Relocation/travel within Canada may be required.
• Experience leading SAP TM projects and TM-EWM integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ERP customizations based on platform capabilities.
• Develop and manage complex integration workflows across ERP and external apps.
• Lead data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Guide teams on processes, deliverables, and project scope.
• Create detailed documentation and conduct user training.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and compliance standards.
