Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of SAP consulting experience to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on planning methodologies, MRP functionality, and aATP and Back Order Processing, with a strong emphasis on delivering solutions tailored to manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in SAP modules, including PP and PP/DS, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, bridging technical concepts with business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning Methodologies:
   • Apply expertise in long, mid, and short-term planning methodologies to optimize operational workflows.
   • Leverage hands-on experience in planning and scheduling functions to drive efficiency and innovation.
2. SAP Expertise:
   • Utilize deep knowledge of SAP PP, PP/DS, and related integration processes with PEO and manufacturing workflows.
   • Deliver advanced solutions for MRP and MRP Live, and knowledge of pMRP and DDMRP is highly advantageous.
3. Manufacturing and Process Integration:
   • Provide specialized guidance in manufacturing environments, ensuring business goals align with SAP functionality.
4. Communication and Business Alignment:
   • Communicate SAP functionality effectively in business English to users, avoiding technical jargon.
   • Conduct workshops independently and deliver insights tailored to business users.
5. Functional and Technical Leadership:
   • Lead requirement gathering and design activities, translating business needs into technical specifications.
   • Collaborate on supply assignment functionality (ARun) for seamless product delivery.
6. Advanced Functional Knowledge:
   • Expertise in aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) and Back Order Processing for supply chain efficiency.
   • Provide innovative solutions to complex scheduling and resource allocation challenges.
7. Documentation and Workshops:
   • Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
   • Independently lead workshops to share knowledge and gather feedback effectively.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Minimum 15 years of SAP consulting experience in diverse environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and PP/DS modules and their integration capabilities.
• Expertise in MRP, MRP Live, aATP, and Back Order Processing.
• Hands-on experience in planning and scheduling functions.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process integration, with solid business understanding.
• Excellent communication skills in business English.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and requirement analysis independently.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of pMRP and DDMRP.
• Familiarity with Supply Assignment functionality (ARun).
• Experience with additional SAP modules integrated with manufacturing systems.
