Must Haves

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing with a strong focus on rate configuration, billing schema design, and billing master data.
• Proven track record of leading billing implementations or enhancement projects as a team lead or functional SME.
• In-depth understanding of rate components, operands, rate categories, variants, rate types, billing classes, and schema enhancements.
• Experience in resolving production issues related to billing calculations, incorrect invoicing, or master data anomalies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U integration points with Device Management, FICA, and CRM.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable billing solutions aligned with utility industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
