Senior SAP Cutover Lead

Contract Term : 2 months

Work Location : 25% - 50% Remote Work in Canada

Traveling onsite weekly Monday to Thursday required; The expenses are covered by the client

Our client, a global leading IT company, is looking for a Senior SAP Cutover Lead.

We are looking for a senior level candidate who can hit the ground running. This is a critical Greenfield S / 4HANA implementation, and the candidate must have experience with a Greenfield. Also, it is critical to have strong background in SAP Finance (FI / CO).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a Greenfield S / 4HANA implementation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define cutover scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including mock cutovers, rehearsals, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless transition to the new system.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities.
• Ensure data migration, system readiness, and business continuity during the cutover window.
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization oversight.

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.

Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI / CO) modules.

Proven experience leading cutover activities in Greenfield S / 4HANA implementations.

Deep understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process readiness.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
