Job summary

Senior SAP BASIS Specialist to support the upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA for a public sector client. Contract role, multiple responsibilities across analysis, design, development and implementation of the upgrade.

Must have 10+ years SAP BASIS experience, 5+ years S/4 HANA and cloud integrations, and strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, Fiori UI, and SA&A processes. AI may be used in evaluating candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working with SAP BASIS
• 5+ years experience on SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, E-recruiting
• 5+ years experience with the implementation of SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Edge Integration Cell, Cloud Transport Management System)
• 5+ years experience working in different cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SAP cloud), SSO technologies (Secure Login Services, BTP Identity Authentication Service, SAML 2.0, X509 certificate--)
• 5+ years experience with SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management
• 5+ years experience with Fiori- UX and SAP UI technologies
• 5+ years experience supporting a Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A), security certification, or audit process for an SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the systems upgrade from SAP ERP to S/4 HANA
• Providing advice and technical solutions based on business requirements by sharing expertise on SAP S/4 HANA upgrades
• Providing guidance/knowledge transfer to the BASIS team through training and documentation
• Supporting systems in test and production environments; perform complex problem resolution and debugging
• Preparing the system for releases and coordinating changes with impacted partners

Our public sector client requires a Senior SAP BASIS Specialist to support the upgrade of a system from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA .

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the systems upgrade from SAP ERP to S/4 HANA
• Providing advice and technical solutions based on business requirements by sharing expertise on SAP S/4 HANA upgrades;
• Providing guidance/knowledge transfer to the BASIS team through individual and group training and demonstrations, written instructions and detailed technical documents
• Supporting systems in test and production environments; perform complex problem resolution/debugging
• Preparing the system for releases (production and lower states) and coordinating all changes with impacted partners
