Job summary

Optis Consulting is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Calgary team, supporting procurement leaders across the US and Canada. You will interview stakeholders, gather data, map processes, and prepare reports to inform Source-to-Pay implementations.

You’ll lead small projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel within Canada and the United States as needed. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential to succeed in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consulting/professional services environment or procurement department
• Experience with SAP Ariba is strongly preferred or familiarity with S2P solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, GEP)
• Experience leading small projects
• University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, IT Management, Business Operations Management, or International Business Management
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder identification and analysis
• Change identification and impact analysis
• Assess client readiness, maturity, and attributes via sponsors and change team assessments
• Contribute to change strategies based on client readiness and desired S2P state
• Build and develop a Change Management organization to support stakeholders through implementation phases
• Collaborate with project leads to determine communication needs and methods
• Deliver training content and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders and suppliers
• Provide updates to project sponsors and stakeholders
