Job summary

Aplin is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Analytics (SAC) Report Writer for a long-term remote contract opportunity of up to 24 months, with potential extension. The role focuses on designing and delivering SAP Analytics Cloud reports, dashboards, and KPI solutions across SAP and non-SAP data sources.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop data models, CDS views, and analytical queries, and ensure data quality and security within enterprise reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and solution architecture for complex information systems
• 7+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules
• 7+ years of experience with SAP BASIS administration and strong technical skills
• 7+ years of experience working with databases such as Sybase/ASE
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Datasphere data modeling and integration
• 5+ years of experience developing SAP Fiori analytics applications and dashboards
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics using CDS Views
• 5+ years of experience with SAP BW/BW/4HANA or equivalent data warehousing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support SAC reports and dashboards
• Gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Develop reporting solutions using S/4HANA data sources and CDS views
• Develop SAP Fiori analytical applications and KPI dashboards
• Work with SAP Datasphere to model data and enterprise reporting
• Create enterprise reporting data models and KPI frameworks
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources using APIs and OData
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting solutions
• Support SAP BW/BW/4HANA and other SAP reporting environments
• Perform data validation and quality assurance for analytics solutions
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and optimize performance
• Implement reporting security and access controls
• Develop Power BI reports and analytics using SAP and non-SAP data
• Create documentation and status updates for reporting progress
• Collaborate with diverse technical and business teams
• Promote reporting best practices and user adoption
