We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesperson / Estimator with a strong background in construction, mechanical preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven book of business, solid operations experience, and a track record of preparing accurate estimates and securing profitable work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new project opportunities.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for mechanical construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.
• Analyze costs to maintain healthy gross margins.
• Use your on-site construction experience to ensure estimates are realistic and jobs are planned and executed efficiently.

Requirements :

Proven sales experience with an existing network / book of business.

Strong estimating skills in construction, mechanical preferred (HVAC, gas fitting, pipe fitting, plumbing, refrigeration).

Hands-on operational experience in the mechanical contracting industry.

Understanding of gross margin, gross profit, and net profit.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
