Job summary

Osi Digital Inc in Vancouver, BC seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Salesforce Developer to own the full Salesforce lifecycle. You will elicit requirements, design solutions, configure declaratively, and extend with Apex/LWC when needed, across a multi-department environment involving third‑party integrations.

The role requires independent judgment on functional and technical decisions, with the ability to lead discovery, specification, and delivery in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning both functional/business‑analysis work and hands‑on development.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer I certification required.
• Expert-level Flow Builder proficiency, including bulkification and decision-making.
• Strong Apex fundamentals: triggers, asynchronous Apex, governor limits.
• Proven Lightning Web Components experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across departments to elicit and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and specs for developers.
• Own the backlog for Salesforce enhancements and manage through delivery with product owner.
• Design, build, and maintain Flow automation and governance of automation.
• Partner with integration teams to understand data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Maintain data model, sandbox strategy, and deployment coordination.
