Senior Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead with nCino

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)

Description:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce.
2. Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
3. Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
4. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
5. Guide technical lead(s), and mentor junior technical team members.
6. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
7. Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce Data Model.
8. Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com.
2. 5+ years in nCino Design, configurations, and customizations.
3. Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.
4. Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
5. Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like nCino 101/201/301, PD1.
