Job summary

Orion Global Solutions, LLC in Canada is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and client growth.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and participate in Agile sprints while delivering secure, well-documented code.

This remote-first role requires strong English communication, 5+ years of Salesforce development, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with deployment and version control tools (Gearset, Copado).
• Previous experience with U.S.-based teams or companies.
• Good written and spoken English (B2+).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Cananda passport or US visa not strictly required but noted.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Maintain clean, scalable code and participate in peer reviews and architecture discussions.
• Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and drive technical best practices.
