Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to align designs with overall platform architecture and governance standards.

SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER / ARCHITECT

Location: Brampton, Ontario
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum two days onsite per week
Contract Term: October 19, 2026 to October 15, 2027
Hours: 35 hours per week
Positions Available: 1
Extension Option: Up to two additional 12-month terms

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect with at least six years of experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

The successful consultant will have extensive experience with Salesforce application architecture, data, integrations, custom development, configuration, deployment, and administration. This position combines hands‑on development with architectural and technical leadership responsibilities.

The consultant will deliver a new application on an established enterprise Salesforce platform supporting multiple active applications. The work will be completed within an Agile Scrum team using two‑week sprints and established software development lifecycle practices.

Strong experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundation or Vlocity is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Architecture and Development
