Job summary

Alto Consultants Inc. is hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant to guide clients through Salesforce implementation and customization. You will design tailored solutions, integrate system components, and provide ongoing support, working with a dynamic, innovative team. This is a remote opportunity with most team members in Montreal.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting, integration, or administration.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce to design and configure complex solutions independently.
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Rootstock ERP or another Salesforce-based ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for clients, from requirements analysis and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support clients, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into tailored, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage integrations with third‑party systems and ERPs.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and mentor less experienced consultants.
• Ensure quality, provide support, maintain documentation, train users, and drive process improvements.
• Travel occasionally to Canada and the United States to meet client requirements.

What we are looking for

Your responsibilities are to:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for clients, from requirements analysis and design through configuration, testing, and deployment,
• Support clients, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into tailored, scalable Salesforce solutions,
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and ERPs,
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team in a multi-project environment and mentor less experienced consultants to help enhance Alto's reputation,
• Ensure quality and provide support, resolve issues, maintain documentation, train users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Alto's practices,
• Stay abreast of technological developments and travel occasionally to Canada and the United States as needed to meet client requirements.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting, integration, or administration,
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce, enabling you to design and configure complex solutions independently,
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant),
• Experience with Rootstock ERP or another Salesforce-based ERP (a plus),
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms,
• Strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of business processes,
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
