Job summary

Solink is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a 12‑month contract. You will own the Salesforce org end‑to‑end, drive data integrity, and lead both QA and release management across multiple departments.

The role includes working with HubSpot–Salesforce migrations, integrations, and automation to scale the platform. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Technology leaders, and mentor teams while maintaining security, data models, and the rollout of new features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and building on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including time as the primary or sole Salesforce owner at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience owning an org without an architect above you
• Hands-on Apex: write, debug, and maintain classes, triggers, and test coverage
• Advanced declarative automation: flows, validation rules, approval processes
• Lightning Web Components: build and maintain custom components
• Integration design and troubleshooting: REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, and middleware
• Data model and architecture ownership: object design and relationships
• Salesforce security model: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
• Release management: sandbox strategy, deployments via change sets or SFDX
• Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Admin / Platform App Builder / Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the full Salesforce org end-to-end: configuration, automation, security, data integrity, and performance
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, page layouts
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Own the data model, object relationships, and automation architecture
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations analysts on reports/dashboards
• Design and build apps, objects, and tooling within Salesforce
• Drive data hygiene, deduplication, and reporting accuracy
• Run intake for change requests and communicate timelines
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices
• Be the internal owner of the Salesforce org and approve changes before production
• Direct external partners: scope, priorities, review solutions
• Use Sweep metadata mapping and independently verify recommendations
• Audit and size permissions for integration users
• Admin Salesforce Sales Engagement for BDR team
• Lead QA for Salesforce changes, design test plans, manage sandbox strategy
• Provide documentation, training materials, and runbooks
• Develop automation with n8n and integrate with NetSuite and other tools
• Support revenue tech tooling and cross-team collaboration
