Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000 / year


Description
At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation:
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 20% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Note: Our team members are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay up to $750/week for the first 8 weeks. This is a commission role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating leads through door to door prospecting, networking, and community outreach
  • Study and complete a comprehensive training program
  • Inspect damage and obtain claim numbers
  • Schedule adjuster appointments
  • Schedule an appointment with the homeowner and contract, choose colors, and offer upgrades
  • Collect project deposit
  • Attend all builds and collect homeowner payment
  • Work with the claims team for any additional needs to settle projects
  • Collect final payment and manage outstanding balances
  • Handle customer complaints and homeowner expectations
  • Submit requests for overpayments, AOC, GRA
  • Submit customer referrals
  • Assist homeowner with financing
