  • Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth.
  • Increase revenues and execute the business plan to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability.
  • Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margins.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, manage account plans, and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and a coherent customer approach among business units.
  • Understand Cascades' offerings, identify cross-selling opportunities, and serve as a market expert to promote a positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in SAP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement.
