Responsibilities

• Achieve account development objectives through effective goal setting and performance management.
• Develop an effective sales team through supervision, motivation, and participation.
• When needed, provide relief coverage of sales routes throughout the Western and Central regions.
• Coordinate the relief schedule throughout the region as well as tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling and conducting of quarterly route audits.
• Champion projects, programs, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years consumer goods sales experience
• Minimum Grade 12 education. (Post-Secondary education is an asset.)
• Valid and clean driver's license. (Driver's abstract will be requested.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective organization skills and can handle multiple priorities.
• Team player, with strong communication skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
• A reliable vehicle to get to the worksite before accessing work vehicle.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
