Position Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide analysis, recommendations, and project support for the Global Agriculture, Feed, and Industrial Sales teams. This role involves working closely with the sales team to report on sales forecasting, incentive programs, and building sales enablement tools. Additionally, this position will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as supply chain, IT, customer experience, product management, and customer service. The role supports the sales cycle across all sales channels.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technical teams, filtering enhancement requests and liaising between sales SMEs and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Participate in agile processes, including bi-weekly demos, communication of system changes, and serving as a change agent for sales tools.
  • Develop and deliver analytics for forecasting, incentive progress, and sales programs using PowerBI, Salesforce, and Business Objects. Prepare executive reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Standardize reports and develop operational processes post-project enhancements. Create training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Provide frontline technical support to the sales team, maintain discount structures, and manage customer offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of analytical experience, preferably in a large, global organization.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SAP, Salesforce, o9, PowerBI.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Prior experience in a dynamic commercial environment with customer interactions.
  • Data modeling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
