Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. This role involves leading a team of commercial sales professionals, establishing sales targets, coaching and supporting their development. The Senior Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key clients and partners. They work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  2. Manage and develop the sales team in Quebec.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for expansion.
  4. Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business needs.
  5. Foster a collaborative, results-driven sales culture.
  6. Drive sales growth through initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with other regional teams.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  9. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
