We’re looking for a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness leader to enable transformational growth within our sales organization. If you have a passion for enabling high performance sales teams and developing world class enablement solutions, we want to hear from you!
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and tools to support achievement of revenue growth targets. You'll be equipping regional sales leaders and teams with effective enablement programs, coaching, processes, and tools in support of achieving revenue growth targets, supporting attainment of key performance metrics with a specific focus on SOTI ONE and developing and evolving sales skills.
In this role you will act as the Global Sales Effectiveness in region resource to support key programs and initiatives. You'll be reinforcing SOTI’s sales methodologies/sales processes to understand and enhance the knowledge, skills, process, and tools required for continual improvement of conversion rates with a focus on maximizing performance potential across the sales organization.
