Job description

We are a rapidly growing professional services consulting firm specializing in cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. We empower our clients to transform their marketing capabilities and drive measurable business growth through strategic implementations of platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SAS marketing solutions .

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and bilingual Senior Sales Director to lead our expansion into the Quebec market while also cultivating opportunities across the Eastern US. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and a proven track record of selling complex consulting services to C-level marketing and IT executives.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for professional services focused on marketing technology (Adobe, Salesforce, SAS) in Quebec and the Eastern US.
  • New Business Development : Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large enterprise clients, primarily targeting CMOs, CIOs, and other senior marketing and IT leaders.
  • Solution Selling : Articulate complex marketing technology solutions and their business value, demonstrating a deep understanding of client challenges related to customer experience, data unification, personalization, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with our consulting delivery teams, marketing, and solution architects to ensure seamless client engagement, accurate proposal development, and successful project delivery.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new developments in marketing technology, particularly within the Adobe, Salesforce, and SAS ecosystems.
  • Brand Ambassador : Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, enhancing our market presence and reputation.
  • Territory Growth : Drive significant revenue growth within the assigned Quebec and Eastern US territory.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in professional services or consulting , with a strong emphasis on selling marketing technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success selling consulting services related to Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in or selling to creative agencies or media agencies is a significant asset, demonstrating an understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives (CMOs, CIOs, CTOs) , understanding their strategic imperatives and connecting them with our service offerings.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the current retail and consumer-facing industries regarding marketing transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, including MarTech stacks, customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
  • Must be located in Quebec (Montreal preferred) , with willingness to travel across Quebec and the Eastern US as required.
