How You Will Make An Impact
  • Collaborate with our Canada team and international cross-functional teams.
  • Stay on top of how we win listings and execute perfectly in-store and online.
  • Deepen your understanding of our systems and processes to drive market share.

Core Roles And Responsibilities
  • Support sales objectives by collaborating with Sales Management, Commercial Leads, China Merchandising, retailer teams, and internal systems.
  • Attend biannual Toy Fair Line Reviews at our Los Angeles headquarters.
  • Develop and refine sales presentations.
  • Participate in sales planning and review presentations for feedback.
  • Visit retailer stores to capture visuals and merchandising execution.
  • Create data-driven presentations using ZURU tools like planograms, Show Cloud, and PI Summary.
  • Manage spreadsheets and documents efficiently.
  • Manage smaller sales accounts independently.
  • Lead showroom operations in Bentonville, ensuring product and content standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for product orders and shipments in Canada.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 4+ years of sales support experience.
  • Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Efficiency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Structured, team-oriented, eager to learn, and good at meeting new people.
  • Customer service experience.
