SENIOR SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FITNESS TRAINER)

Who is a Senior Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer)?

Senior Fitness Trainers are highly motivated individuals focused on helping Members achieve their fitness goals. They handle administrative duties alongside the responsibilities of a Fitness Trainer. They are encouraged to work closely with the General Manager to strategize for successful daily operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Be a pleasant and present role model.
  • Execute prospective member appointments and sell memberships suitable to individual needs.
  • Handle incoming calls from members and prospects, including answering the phone, taking messages, and booking appointments.
  • Provide FitFix Starters and other service programs for new and current members.
  • Assist members on the floor with questions about programming such as group fitness, personal training, and equipment usage.
  • Address comments, suggestions, and concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Conduct hourly club runs to ensure cleanliness.
  • Complete all administrative service requirements.
  • Use Gym Sales / Dynamics to track sales, leads, and service calls accurately.
  • Act as General Manager in their absence.
