Who is a Senior Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer)?

Senior Fitness Trainers are highly motivated individuals focused on helping members achieve their fitness goals. They handle administrative duties and perform the responsibilities of a Fitness Trainer. They work closely with the General Manager to strategize for successful daily operations.

What will you be doing?

• Serve as a role model by being pleasant and present.
• Execute prospective member appointments and sell memberships suited to individual needs.
• Handle incoming calls professionally, including answering, messaging, and booking appointments.
• Provide FitFix Starters and other service programming for new and current members.
• Assist members on the floor with questions regarding programs like Group Fitness, Personal Training, and equipment usage.
• Address comments, suggestions, and concerns courteously.
• Conduct hourly club runs to ensure cleanliness.
• Complete all administrative service requirements.
• Use Gym Sales / Dynamics to track sales, leads, and service calls.
• Act as the General Manager when they are absent.
