Job Description

As a Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and support national brand initiatives. Your responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, managing product and POS inventory, supporting sales operations, and coordinating training programs. Responsibilities include:

Sales Operations & Support

  • Manage SKU setup, pricing, and product hierarchy in coordination with HQ
  • Support the sales team with account documentation and order processing
  • Analyze inventory and sales data; prepare weekly sales reports for HQ
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting to resolve billing, pricing, and inventory discrepancies
  • Enter retail inventory orders and manage POS inventory accuracy in SAP

Marketing Execution

  • Implement national marketing campaigns, product launches, and media placements
  • Coordinate with vendors to produce marketing materials including print ads, displays, and POS assets
  • Organize and execute events and tradeshows from planning to completion
  • Maintain SKU templates and pricing parameters; generate ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Support the Brand Manager with presentations, forecasts, budgets, and business planning

Training & Field Support

  • Develop and deliver in-store and off-site training sessions
  • Create training materials and administer the brand’s certification program
  • Provide merchandising support and assist with inventory counts as needed

Finance & Budget Management

  • Track brand spending and maintain budget files
  • Prepare purchase orders and match vendor invoices for accounting submission
  • Monitor monthly IO reports and address discrepancies with the Brand Manager

Customer & Retailer Support

  • Act as a liaison between HQ, retailers, and consumers to resolve product, shipping, and invoicing issues
  • Manage consignment documentation and follow-up with media and retail partners

Working Conditions

This role is fully on-site and primarily office-based, with occasional travel required for events, training sessions, and retail support. The position involves long periods of sitting and working at a computer, requiring sustained focus and attention to detail. It may also involve physical effort, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding boxes or store fixtures weighing up to 35 lbs or more, with appropriate support. Occasionally, the role involves movement and setup for marketing events or training sessions.

Employment Status

Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Flexibility is required to meet business needs, including occasional travel and extended hours during peak periods.

Professional Requirements

  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support and marketing, preferably in retail or wholesale

  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset
