As an Employee Benefits Senior Sales Advisor with HUB International Ontario, you are at the forefront of offering peace of mind to clients in the small to middle-market realm. Your primary mission is origination—building security, trust, and opportunity from the first interaction. You will seek potential clients and establish enduring partnerships. What You’ll Do

  1. Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and secure new sales opportunities for the Employee Benefits and Retirement (EB&R) division.
  2. Client Leadership: Lead initiatives targeting firms with over 100 employees, understanding their benefit needs.
  3. Product Mastery: Keep updated on EB&R products to offer relevant solutions.
  4. Cross-divisional Synergy: Collaborate with Property & Casualty teams for cross-selling goals.
  5. Visionary Planning: Engage with senior management to align goals with HUB’s broader ambitions.
  6. Sales Analysis & Strategy: Regularly review and refine your approach using team insights.
  7. Building Trusting Ties: Nurture relationships with prospects, clients, and industry contacts.
  8. Integrity in Action: Maintain high compliance standards.
  9. Team Alignment: Coordinate with regional leaders for unified business acquisition efforts.

What You’ll Need for Success

  1. Valid LLQP License; relevant EB designation (e.g., CEBS, GBA) is an asset.
  2. 3+ years of EB&R sales experience.
  3. Deep understanding of the Canadian insurance landscape and industry trends.
  4. Proven ability in new business origination with a strategic outlook.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  7. Commitment to staying updated on market, product, and regulatory changes.
  8. Excellent communication skills to explain complex EB&R concepts.
  9. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies.
  10. High ethical standards and compliance commitment.
