Position: Senior Sales Account Manager

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage assigned accounts, serving as the main contact for customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers to support selling objectives.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with customer buying teams.
  3. Develop knowledge of store activities, consumer trends, and business strategies.
  4. Plan and execute business plans and sales budgets.
  5. Track Trade Merchandising Allowance to maximize sales.
  6. Grow sales and profit margins, managing customer pricing strategies.
  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  8. Operate with integrity, providing superior service.
  9. Follow departmental policies and procedures.
  10. Contribute to process improvements within the department.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ account management experience in the food industry, preferably CPG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma is an asset.
