The Next Step in Your Career

If you’re an experienced Sales and Account Executive looking for a new challenge, or if you have recruitment or SaaS experience and want to use it with our comprehensive product suite, this opportunity is for you!

We’re hiring a full-time Senior Sales & Account Executive, Indigenous and First Nations Specialist to join our team in downtown Vancouver. In this role, you’ll work closely with Indigenous organizations, communities, and Nations across Canada to support their hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with recruitment decision-makers and recommend tailored solutions from our suite of recruitment services and software. By building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance, you’ll play a key role in helping Indigenous and First Nations clients attract and retain top talent. You'll be stepping into an established book of business, with the opportunity to nurture existing client relationships while driving new growth.

Some key accountabilities will be:

  • Nurturing and expanding relationships within the existing book of business (accounting for approx. 60% of targets) to maximize retention and uncover new opportunities
  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (outbound cold calling) while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Developing long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and strategically grow accounts over time
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

As the Senior SAE, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell. A key part of your role will involve proactive prospecting, assisted by our strong track record and trusted relationships in the Indigenous and First Nations recruitment space.

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, RPOs, etc.). Experience working with Indigenous and First Nations communities, organizations, or clients is essential, and a strong understanding of the unique opportunities in this space will set you up for success. As you step into this role, we provide the support and resources to help you quickly integrate into our team and excel.

This role should excite you if:

  • You know how to talk—confident communication and public speaking come naturally to you
  • You’re passionate about sales, thrive in healthy competition, and perform well in structured environments with targets
  • You have a solutions-focused sales strategy that meets clients’ needs
  • You’re driven to achieve your goals but equally care about helping others succeed
  • You hate to lose, take accountability for setbacks, and make things right
  • You collaborate easily and aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Ability to influence is second nature to you, balancing client expectations smoothly
  • Your optimism and energy positively impact the team and create a fun, productive environment
  • You take ownership of your work and enjoy both the process and the results
  • You thrive in face-to-face interactions and enjoy being in the office, embracing the camaraderie and close-knit culture

As a relationship-builder, you will join us with the confidence and ability to build up a rapport with just about anyone.

Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset but not required.

The Benefits

As a valued member of the team, you’ll be rewarded with on-target earnings of $100k-$130k in the first year. Additionally, you’ll also enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes:

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and more
  • RRSP matching
  • Quarterly staff awards nights, parties, and celebrations of achievements. Past events have included painting classes, bowling, and renting out a boat!
  • The opportunity to attend the annual Global Gathering - in the past, we've been to Vegas, Singapore, Cancun, Paris, Hawaii, and New Zealand, to name a few
  • Complimentary gym access and complimentary beverages and snacks in the downtown Vancouver office
  • A culture of employee recognition and collaboration

This truly is an enjoyable, satisfying position with plenty of growth opportunities. If you love working with people and really enjoy the idea of adding value to an organization and helping companies find the best candidates, then we want to hear from you!
