Job summary

A leading global foodservice company is seeking a Senior Manager of Safety for its Ontario operations. The role involves recruiting and developing a high-performing safety team, driving strategic safety initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety, strong leadership skills, and a degree in a related field. This position is office-based with periodic field visits and some travel within Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Food Safety.
• At least 2 years in a management role within a complex or unionized environment.
• Proficient communication and analytical skills.
