Job summary

March Networks seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end S&OP and IBP for March Networks and Vivotek hardware. You will align demand, supply, and financial plans with global contract manufacturers, translating plans into build, capacity, and inventory commitments.

Responsibilities include governance, KPI definition, executive reviews, and scenario planning. You will partner with Procurement, Product, Engineering and Finance to drive revenue, service levels, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning in high-tech/electronics.
• 5+ years leading S&OP/IBP processes, hardware context preferred.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and outsourced logistics providers.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern S&OP/IBP framework across functions.
• Define KPIs, templates, and RACI for disciplined planning.
• Lead monthly demand, supply, and executive S&OP reviews.
• Translate plans into MPS/MRP, capacity, and inventory commitments.
• Engage with procurement, product, engineering, and leadership on scenarios.
• Manage 6–12 month forecast with clear expediting rules.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers across regions.
• Present outcomes to executives and drive data-driven decisions.
